  • Full Time, Days, Variable Shifts
  • 8am-4:30pm, 10:30am-7pm on Tue
  • Division of Pediatric Psychiatry & Psychology

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Practice Manager, oversees and coordinates the tasks and work processes of the Patient Service Representative I and II positions.

  • Responsible for completing regularly related assigned tasks. 
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience OR Associates degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of job functions performed by team members with emphasis on problem solving, customer service, and coordination of multiple resources. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with patients, families, co-workers, physicians, and management. 
  • Demonstrated ability in coaching / mentoring.
  • Working knowledge of computers and programs used in the work area. 
  • Minimum of 35 wpm typing required.
