Operations Manager - Pediatric Psychiatry and Psychology
Provides leadership, oversight and management, in collaboration with the Division Medical Director, for divisions/practices of responsibility and across all service locations. Ensures high quality care is provided in an environment that fully embodies the principles of family-centered care. Accountable for practice operations and general management, financial and business management, human resource management, patient care, compliance and quality management, and business and program development.
Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory/managerial experience required. Hospital/private practice or clinic setting experience preferred. Must have strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, CPT and ICD-9-CM coding, budgeting and monitoring techniques. Excellent customer service, communication (oral and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills required. Knowledge of a computerized practice management system or hospital EMR preferred. All current Operations Managers who do not have a Bachelors degree must be actively pursuing and complete a relevant Bachelors degree by 2016.
