Data Management Specialist
This person is responsible for supporting the use information and data to support organizational priorities, from a variety of systems, including the employee, financial, clinical, and operational. Is responsible for the timely coordination, processing, and generation of reports and management of data, on a regular and as needed basis, from these systems. This person will assist with cooperative interdepartmental efforts that impact quality, productivity and efficiency, coordination and allocation of departmental workflow with regards to data management and will participate in departmental activities as required.

Associate’s degree in a related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience in a related position. Requires a thorough knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office products, electronic communication, data analysis, and report development. This position requires a strong knowledge of analyzing data, developing and distributing reports, and coordinating the automation of existing reports. The person must possess analytical and problem solving skills and be able to provide an overall vision of how reports can be structured to meet assigned duties. Personal characteristics required in the position include professionalism, initiative, flexibility, enthusiasm, and creativity. Ability to work on multiple requests while meeting deadlines is needed.
