Shift Information: Day Job
Full Time, Day Shift
Shifts will start between 5:30am- 7am, and end between 2pm-3:30pm
Rotating 1/5 Weekends
Responsible for assisting the shift coordinator in supervising the operational functions of the Environmental Services Dept.
Maintaining the highest quality standards of cleaning
Maintaining good public relations with all customers served
Supervising, coaching, and mentoring housekeeping staff, including interpersonal, job performance, and administrative duties
High school diploma or equivalent is required
A minimum of two years of management experience required
A minimum of two years housekeeping experience is preferred
Excellent interpersonal, organization, and written / verbal communication skills.
Must be willing to work any shift, be on call every other weekend, and work extended hours as needed.
Healthcare experience a plus.
