Staff RN-Burn Unit
Shift Information: Night Job
Part-time, 24 hours per week, night shift (7p-7a); rotating weekends and holidays.

Burns is a 12 bed unit with approximately 70% adult patients. Employee floats to pediatric general care floors as needed. Orientation into the PICU as well. Orientation is full time.
Provides to individuals and groups, nursing care requiring specialized knowledge judgment and skill derived from the principles of biological physical, behavioral, social and nursing sciences. Assesses, Plans, Implements, Evaluates and Directs nursing care for individual/group of patients, with a family centered care focus.
BSN and inpatient experience preferred.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio. BSN required or must obtain BSN within 5 years from date of hire. Current Health Care Provider BLS training from the American Heart Association is required. PALS is required for all RNs assigned to acute care units. PALS, ACLS, TNCC and/or NRP is required for critical care areas, ED, Surgical Services, Sedation Services, Transitional Care/Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and Transport within one year of hire.
