Shift Information: Variable


Full-time, 36 hours per week, day shift Staff RN position to float between School Age (6100) and Adolescent Units (6200) during peak season (Jan-May 2019).  After peak season, new hire will select permanent unit, which will be full time, night shift.



Provides to individuals and groups, nursing care requiring specialized knowledge judgment and skill derived from the principles of biological physical, behavioral, social and nursing sciences.  Assesses, Plans, Implements, Evaluates and Directs nursing care for individual/group of patients, with a family centered care focus.

Licensed BSN new graduates welcome to apply.  Experience preferred. In lieu of experience, BSN is required. 


Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio. BSN required or must obtain BSN within 5 years from date of hire. Current Health Care Provider BLS training from the American Heart Association is required. PALS is required for all RNs assigned to acute care units. PALS, ACLS, TNCC and/or NRP is required for critical care areas, ED, Surgical Services, Sedation Services, Transitional Care/Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and Transport within one year of hire.
