Shift Information: Day Job

M-F Day.


Position Summary:

  • Prepares high level project plans and manages / monitors the development, implementation, progress, and/or upgrade of Projects and systems, including requirements definition and time line. 
  • Tracks progress of projects and keeps management informed of ongoing status. 
  • Facilitates meetings and works with hospital departments and vendors as necessary.
  • Vendor and Contract Management

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR an Associate degree and 7 years of relevant experience
  • Thorough knowledge of project management methodology and tools required
  • Strong organization, analysis and problem solving skills required, with an emphasis on attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Good interpersonal skills. 
  • Must like to work with people. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software preferred.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.

 

Preferred qualifications: Experience with Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Warehouse, Enterprise Data Warehousing. Working knowledge of BI Tools (Business Objects WEBI preferred). Experience working in project management.
