Shift Information: Day Job

Position Summary: Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with practice management. Coordinates and evaluates policy and procedures as it relates to Transport Paramedic staff and Communication Center staff.  Accountable for business functions (physician/staff/patient schedules, registration, cash collection), practice operations (workflow, procedures, facility furnishings, inventory, supplies, Kronos, process improvement), personnel supervision and general administration (assisting physicians, clinical staff, and management). Assists Administrative Director with projects. Assists in the coordination of activities, and other duties as assigned. Provides guidance to development and evaluation of Kidsport team and communication center personnel.  Insures compliance with appropriate regulatory bodies [CAMTS, OMTB, JCAHO, FAA, NAACS].


 

Qualifications:  

 

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years related experience required OR Associates degree and a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree and 1 years’ experience. Certified EMT-Paramedic is required. BLS and ACLS certification is required. Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills required. Must have strong analytical skills with working knowledge of a computerized practice management system, spreadsheet tools and monitoring techniques; demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
