Shift Information: Day Job

M-F Days

Facilitates, coordinates, and provides project management support to quality improvement and patient safety teams at all levels of the organization. Responsible for collection, coordination and analysis of data that measures clinical processes and care.  Using PI methodologies, coaches/consults departments and interdisciplinary teams in identifying, prioritizing and implementing improvement strategies that enhances overall hospital PI efforts and the delivery of safe quality patient care. Assists departments in implementing evidence based practice.

Bachelor of Science in health care, systems engineering, industrial engineering or other related discipline required, Masters preferred.  Minimum three (3) years experience with majority of time using PI, CQI, TQM, Lean and/or Six Sigma techniques preferred.  PI certification preferred.   Excellent project management and communication skills with interdisciplinary teams, professional colleagues and staff required.  Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and database computer programs including Access and Excel.
