Shift Information: Day Job

Position Description:

The HR Generalist is responsible for being a resource to the HR Business Partners, management, employees of the business divisions they support, and support to HR Division as needed.  The HR Generalist may provide assistance with training on performance management and employee relations.  

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of Human Resources experience.  Experience with employee relations and employee engagement is preferred. HR certification within 12 months of hire or transfer is preferred.
