Shift Information: Evening Job
Responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment and staffing services to hiring leaders by delivering top talent. Advances Children’s as an employer of choice while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the full staffing lifecycle. Plans and executes the sourcing, recruiting, selection, and hiring process to ensure a diverse pool of top talent for the organization while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, co-workers, candidates, and the community. Participates in departmental activities including performance and process improvement.
The following qualifications are required: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related discipline; Minimum of three (3) years experience in full lifecycle recruiting; expert level knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, interviewing, legal, relationship management, wage and salary trends, and due diligence; knowledge and extensive use of an electronic applicant tracking system; demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions; ability to present recruiting concepts and reports to leadership; Professional in Human Resources or Certified Health Care Recruiter certification; strong working knowledge of state and federal employment law; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications; Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases; ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures; Demonstrated consultative approach to recruitment and selection. Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills required. Ability to travel required for campus and off campus activities and events.
