Shift Information: Variable
1/2 shifts, variable
Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients as assigned. Ensures care delivered meets standards of care. Implements MD orders, coordinates the patients plan of care with medical regime, therapy services and community resources to facilitate comprehensive ongoing care. RN utilizes sound judgment in making independent nursing care decisions, utilizes the nursing process and is guided by a knowledge of the principles and practice of professional nursing.
Hours: Mon - Fri 8a -430p
requires 8 On Call shifts (430p-830p)
- 4 of on call shifts are Sat/Sun requirements
Will see multiple patients in one day
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in the State of Ohio. Requires one year or more in Pediatrics or Home Care. BSN preferred. For new employees hired into positions posted on or after July 1, 2013- BSN required or must obtain BSN within 5 years from date of hire. Current CPR certification is required. Chemotherapy certification will be provided and must be maintained to work in this position.
Position does require travel and will be compensated
Position requires reliable transportation
