Shift Information: Day Job

Position Summary: 

Supervises the scheduled daily clinical care of patients and their families.  Manages activities that contribute to a comprehensive program of quality assessment and improvement for clinical services.  Develops programs to enhance organizational visibility and acts as a resource person for staff.


Registered nurse (BSN) required.  Minimum of two (2) years of home care management experience.  Demonstrated clinical and leadership competency required.  Current Ohio licensure required.  Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills required.  Computer literacy required.  CPR certification required.  Ability to deal effectively with stress, multiple tasks, noise and interruptions.
