Our locations
Akron Children’s has two hospital campuses in northeast Ohio: one in Akron and the other in Boardman in the Mahoning Valley. In addition, we have more than 60 primary, specialty and urgent care locations to ensure our patients and their families — regardless of where they live — have convenient access to the quality care for which Akron Children’s is known.
Serving our communities
Our Provider Resilience Committee is comprised of physicians and advanced practice providers who coordinate various opportunities throughout the year to serve in the community, spend time socially outside of work hours and take time to recharge with wellness activities.
Akron Food Bank
Our advance practice providers volunteer monthly at the Akron Food Bank. From packing lunches to doing prep work, our staff collaborate to give back to the local communities we serve.
OUR APPs in Action
Our Advanced Practice Center makes it a priority to keep providers engaged and connected throughout the year. In the winter, team members go ice skating at Lock 3 and in the warmer months hit the walking paths and hiking trails throughout our local Metro Parks.Jobs For You
