Preparing to Launch – Enrollment Process

If you’re ready to launch your career with us and grow professionally, we’re ready to talk to you. Applying for Career Launch involves more than just filling out an application. To make sure candidates have considered the investment in time that the program will demand and the possible directions it will take their career, we’ve designed the following steps:

Apply and we’ll send you a packet of information to review. This includes a brochure, FAQs and a link to schedule a call with our team. We ask that you prepare for this call like it’s a job interview. On the call, we’ll discuss your readiness to return to school, the program option that’s a best fit for your lifestyle, and the research you’ve done on the career path you’ve selected.
If you’re selected to advance after your intake call, our recruitment team will help you to secure either a student position to participate in Career Launch Plus, or the ideal role that will allow you to learn while you earn in our traditional program.
Before you start school, we’ll give you the opportunity to shadow a professional in the program track you choose. This means following an employee through their day and meeting with a manager to share what you’ve learned. If approved, you’ll be on your way to joining the program. You could also select a different track to shadow.
If you’ve been out of school for more than five years, you’ll be offered a college-readiness program designed for adult learners. This will help to relearn the math skills you may need and get you back into the habit of studying.
Participants in Career Launch will be paired with a mentor who will work with them until graduation. Your mentor will be able to answer your questions, give advice and ultimately help you succeed during your time in the program and beyond.
