Child at Risk Evaluation Center

Full Time 40 Hours/week 

Days 8a-430p

Summary:

The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing all activities for assigned department[s], including clinical, business, and operational functions.

Responsibilities:
1. Adds value as a key member of management; understands the business, financials, industry, customers and strategy.
2. Supervises employees, provides direction, coaches, trains and develops, and manages performance to company goals and expectations.
3. Prepares, manages, and adheres to department budget to maintain expenditure controls.
4. Responsible for inventory control and efficient utilization of resources and acquiring and maintenance of equipment.
5. Responsible for regulatory and compliance oversight of assigned department[s].
6. Partners with department physicians and/or advanced practice providers to optimize patient care workflow.
7. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age and developmental status.
8. Other duties as required.

Technical Expertise
1. Experience working in a clinical setting is required.
2. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychosocial, educational and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age and developmental status, is required.
3. Experience in nursing dependent on population served may be required.
4. Experience in prioritizing and managing tasks for timely completion is required.
5. Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
6. Experience in healthcare is preferred.
7. Experience in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Experience working with Epic software or similar EMR software is preferred.

Education and Experience
1. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
2. Master's degree in related field is required or must be obtained within two (2) years from date of hire.
3. Certification: Licensed to practice professional nursing in the state of Ohio is required.
4. Current Health Care Provider Basic Life Saving (BLS) training from American Heart Association is required.
5. Years of relevant experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
6. Years of experience supervising: Minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
