Summary:
The Fellowship Coordinator provides overall administrative coordination to the fellowship training program(s).
Responsibilities:
1. Day to day administrative coordination of ACGME fellowship(s)
2. Schedule and coordinate all fellowship meetings, retreats
3. Track fellows’ duty hours, conference attendance, moonlighting, travel requests and expense reports
4. Manage general and specific program databases including New Innovations and ACGME Web Ads
5. Coordinate fellowship recruitment process; oversee fellow orientation and onboarding
6. In collaboration with Medical Education organize and plan programs and events including fellow graduation
Other information:
Technical Expertise:
1. Strong leadership skills is required for this position.
2. Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to prioritize and manage the timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
3. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
4. Strong problem-solving skills.
8. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar software is required.
9. Proficiency in New Innovations software and other graduate medical education platforms
Education and Experience:
1. High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
2. Certification: None.
3. Years of relevant experience: 5 years is preferred.
4. Years of experience supervising: 3 years is preferred.
