Summary:

The Operations Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting primary care and school-based health operations through data-driven insights. This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting key metrics to improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, quality outcomes, and overall performance. The role involves working with various teams across the two business units to provide actionable reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, while playing a role in enhancing decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develops and maintains reporting tools and reports necessary to support ACP and School Health Operations, including department KPIs, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting.

2. Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, validate, and analyze healthcare data from multiple internal and external sources to support operational initiatives.

3. Works closely with department operational leaders to assess and report departmental performance.

4. Assist leadership in managing information effectively to improve department efficiency and performance.

5. Performance Monitoring: Identify trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

6. Coordinates scheduled and ad hoc data, reporting and analysis requests.

7. Develop, test, and deliver routine and ad hoc reports.

8. Proactively review and provide data analysis.

9. May make recommendations based on data analysis.

10. Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of the data being reported.

11. Ability to execute accurately and efficiently to meet the needs of the customer, particularly when faced with tight turnaround times.

12. Creates and maintains databases to track departmental performance.

Technical Expertise

1. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

2. Strong command of SQL and experience with relational databases.

3. Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and healthcare data standards.

4. Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.

Education and Experience

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Advanced degree or certification in data analytics is a plus. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, operations, or a related role is required.
