Job Requisition Number 30030This is a hybrid position requiring on-site work 12 days per month during the first six months of employment. After that, the requirement shifts to 6 on-site workdays per month; however, based on business needs, additional on-site presence may be required.
Summary:
The Senior Provider Recruitment Coordinator will support the administration and coordination of candidate itineraries. This role will provide comprehensive recommendations, planning and logistics required for multiple candidates at a time.
Responsibilities:
1. Provides administrative oversite to multiple Physician Recruiters and their candidates to ensure consistency and quality of itineraries. The Senior Provider Program Coordinator's responsibilities include executive, physician and administrative level communications.
2. Attends and actively participates in recruitment meetings. Acts as the primary point-of-contact during the itinerary development process.
3. Engage with recruiters and candidates to effectively communicate times, dates and locations.
4. Monitors and supports all third-party and candidate communications.
5. In collaboration with the Provider Recruiters, conducts research and best practice recommendations to enhance the candidate interviewing experience. Responsible for administering and collective evaluations. Summarizes as needed.
6. Creates and maintains standard work instructions for process related to candidate interview coordination. Leads training for any temporary support during peak seasons.
7. Acts as a liaison between Akron Children's and advertising agencies for niche job postings.
8. Primary point of contact for logistics including career fairs, transportation of the booth, and recruitment flyers in coordination with internal and external partners.
9. Other duties as required.

Technical Expertise
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, reasoning, self-motivation, problem solving and professional communication skills.
- Experience in planning professional travel or events.
- Strong organizational and priority management skills to complete tasks and responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, both written and verbal, and interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to present information in an easy-to-understand way and tailor communication to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required.
- Recruitment experience is preferred.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Ability to work creatively and flexibly with some leadership oversight.
- Established ability to manage multiple deliverables and programs at a time.
- Minimum three years' experience working in an office environment with responsibilities for managing projects and customer contact.
